Because of the nature of the business, we process orders within 2-3 business days as some products are freshly made, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received are processed from Monday through Friday from 9am until 6pm EST. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Any order received during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. During high volume sales such as holidays, some hours may be extended to accommodate the processing of orders and shipments. Some delays may be experience during the holiday season, but an email will be sent to let you know of your order status and shipment. Weather too can affect shipping & delivery. Always allow 1-3 extra days for your package to arrive. Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And a request email sent from the email used to make the purchase.
